FreshStart Hypnotherapy's Blog
In the next few posts I will show you how to use self-hypnosis to help you achieve your goals. This can be to change a habit or pass an exam. Self-hypnosis is safe and very easy to learn. You don't need any special tools and you can do this everywhere. I show self-hypnosis to most of my clients and I get very nice feedback from them. They feel empowered and can see results!
There is a simple formula that will give you a better perspective of self-hypnosis... it is:
Relaxation + Imagery + Self-Talk = Self-Hypnosis.
You can start using it right away, here is a short process:
- Close your eyes
- Sit back in a comfortable position
- Take a nice deep breath hold it
- Let it out slowly and as you exhale, imagine all the tension and stress in your body is like black oil draining out from all your extremities - the tips of your fingers and toes.
- Take a nice slow deep breath, feeling the nice cool and calming air entering your nose and spreading all over your body, calming and soothing.
- Slowly exhale and feel how calm and relax you are...
Use this little process whenever you feel a bit stress... we all need a little break!
Talk to you soon.
